The basics

We collect a standard blood sample and isolate your peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)—including T cells, B cells, monocytes, and NK cells—then cryopreserve and store them. The goal is to bank a healthy sample now, while you're well, in case it's useful later.

Illness or treatment can damage or deplete your immune cells right when you need them most. Banking a healthy sample now means a higher-quality starting point is available later, if it's ever needed—including for treatments like CAR-T cell therapy.

No. Immunaeon is not a health provider and does not diagnose or treat any health conditions. Our analysis characterizes the health and viability of the cells collected—it does not detect, screen for, predict, or diagnose disease. Always talk to your physician about any health questions or concerns.

No. CAR-T and similar cell therapies typically use a patient's own T-cells collected at the time of treatment. Banking healthy cells in advance is intended to preserve a higher-quality starting sample—it is not a guarantee of eligibility for, or success of, any future therapy.

The process

A standard blood draw performed by a phlebotomist or other accredited health care professional—similar to routine bloodwork. It can happen at our office or in the comfort of your own home.

You choose the term—up to 10 years, or indefinitely until you decide otherwise. Our lab partners follow CLIA and CAP standards for handling and storage.

If initial processing fails, we reprocess the same sample at no charge. If a second attempt fails, we collect a third sample at no charge. If that's unsuccessful too, we won't collect an additional sample, and you're entitled to a full refund of amounts paid.
