For physicians & partners

A referral pathway, not a product pitch.

Whether you're a physician considering this for your patients, a concierge practice exploring a standing referral relationship, or a research or pharmaceutical partner, we're glad to talk through the details that matter to you.

Who this is for

Physicians

Refer patients ahead of treatments that may compromise immune cell health—chemotherapy, radiation, or other immune-affecting therapies—so a healthy sample is banked in advance.

Concierge & physician networks

Introduce immune cell banking to your patient population through a trusted physician relationship, as a standing part of preventive or longevity-focused care.

Research & pharma partners

Explore research collaboration, access to de-identified data, or clinical study partnerships around immune cell banking and cell-based therapies.

How partnerships work

A phased relationship, built around your patients or your research—not ours.

Initial conversation

We start by understanding your patient population, practice structure, or research goals—no commitment, just a conversation about whether this makes sense for you.

Pilot or phased rollout

For practice and network partnerships, we typically begin with a pilot group before expanding—so you can evaluate participation, operations, and fit before scaling.

Referral or research pathway

Physicians receive a straightforward referral process for patients; research partners receive access to de-identified data and collaboration terms defined in a separate agreement.

Ongoing collaboration

We keep partners informed as our clinical and research work evolves, and welcome ongoing dialogue about what would make the relationship more useful to you.

Clinical & technical depth

What we can share with clinical and research partners

We isolate and cryopreserve peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)—including T cell subsets (CD4/CD8, naive/central memory/effector), B cells, monocytes, and NK cells—via flow cytometry, working with CLIA- and CAP-accredited lab partners.

Available to physicians and institutional partners on request:

  • Detailed processing methodology and quality assurance standards
  • Storage infrastructure and continuity documentation
  • Sample report format and reference ranges used in patient analyses
  • Referral workflow and patient onboarding materials
  • Research collaboration and data-sharing terms (de-identified data only, per consent)

As with all Immunaeon services: analyses are informational, not diagnostic, and are not a substitute for clinical judgment.
