How it works

What actually happens, from first conversation to ongoing support.

Six steps, no jargon, no pressure at any point along the way.

01

Consult

A conversation first, before anything else.

We start by talking, not by signing you up for anything. This is where we walk through your health history, what's bringing you to Immunaeon right now, and honestly assess whether storage even makes sense for your situation.

What to expect
  • A phone or video conversation with a member of our clinical team, at no cost and no obligation
  • Time to ask anything, including questions you're not sure how to phrase yet
  • A clear answer on whether storage fits your circumstances, even if that answer is "not yet" or "not necessary"
02

Collect

A short appointment, handled with care.

Once you decide to move forward, we schedule a collection appointment built around your day, not the other way around.

What to expect
  • A straightforward blood collection, similar to a standard lab draw
  • Minimal disruption, most appointments take well under an hour
  • A clinician on hand throughout to answer questions as they come up
03

Process

Your sample, handled under strict protocol.

Your sample moves into our lab, where it's prepared under the same clinical protocols used across the industry, built specifically to protect cell integrity from the moment it leaves your body.

What to expect
  • Chain-of-custody handling from collection through the lab
  • Preparation completed under CLIA and CAP-aligned laboratory standards
04

Analyze

Real results, explained in plain terms.

This is the step that's easy to overlook, but it's one of the most important. We don't just store your sample, we assess it, and then we walk you through what we found.

What to expect
  • A full evaluation of your sample's viability and quality
  • A written report, plus a conversation with our team to go over what it means for you
  • No jargon left unexplained, if something in the report doesn't make sense, we'll go through it until it does
05

Store

A private reserve, held for as long as you need it.

Your cells move into long-term cryogenic storage, where they're held in a stable, dormant state, in reserve until you decide otherwise.

What to expect
  • Secure, monitored cryogenic storage facilities
  • Your sample stays yours, accessible only to you and your authorized care team
06

Stewardship

This is the start of a relationship, not the end of one.

Storage isn't where our involvement stops. Our team stays available for you and your family, whenever a question comes up, whether that's six months from now or many years down the road.

What to expect
  • Ongoing access to our clinical team for any questions about your stored sample
  • Support if and when you're ready to explore how your reserve might factor into future treatment decisions
